Customer Reviews
Great shirts, even better deals!
I used to be a Brooks Brothers guy, but CT's poplin shirts are just as good, if not better, for the price. I snagged a few on a multi-buy deal, and the discount applied automatically, which was super convenient. Its awesome to get quality like this without breaking the bank.
Easy shopping, nice shirts
Needed some new shirts for work so I grabbed a few of their poplin shirts. The website was easy to navigate and they had a good deal going on. Everything arrived without a hitch. The shirts fit well and are comfortable, no issues there. Felt like a pretty smooth experience from start to finish.
Decent shirts, slow shipping
I bought a couple of their pique polos and a pair of dress pants. The polos are nice, good fabric, and the fit was as expected for a classic fit. The dress pants were also good, felt well-made. Shipping was a bit slow; it took nearly two weeks to get to me in California. I also think their regular prices are a bit high, but with a multi-buy deal, it becomes much more reasonable. Customer service answered my shipping query quickly, though. Overall, a good experience but the delivery time could definitely be improved.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my fourth time ordering from Charles Tyrwhitt, and they're just consistently good. I usually stick with their non-iron dress shirts because they've never let me down. This time I also added a merino wool sweater, which felt just as good as the ones I got years ago. The fit is always reliable, and their packaging is still smart. Delivery was prompt, maybe took 6 days this time to New York, similar to my last order. It's why I keep coming back – I know what I'm getting, and it's always high quality.
Good quality, specific fit notes
I recently ordered three 'extra slim fit' non-iron dress shirts during their 3 for 99 shirts deal. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, though I had to hunt a bit for the sizing chart. Delivery took about 8 days to reach my address in Texas, which was within their stated window, so no complaints there. Unboxing, the shirts felt substantial, good quality cotton. The non-iron claim holds up pretty well; they came out of the wash needing only a quick touch-up, not a full iron. However, the 'extra slim fit' is definitely more of an American slim fit than a true European super-slim, especially in the waist. If you're really lean, you might still find it a bit roomy. Customer service wasn't needed for this order, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid purchase for the price, just be mindful of the fit descriptions.

What's their return policy like? Is it a hassle if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?
How long does shipping usually take to California? Need some shirts kinda fast for an event.
So I'm trying to decide between CT and Brooks Brothers for some new work shirts. Quality-wise, how do they compare?
Hey, wondering how their non-iron shirts actually hold up. Like, do they really come out of the dryer ready to go or is it more like 'less ironing required'?
Thinking of grabbing some shirts for my husband. He's usually a large in US brands, but sometimes British sizing is different. How do these shirts run?
